Winter is coming and all the nutmeg and cinnamon you could possibly consume in everything is upon us. But instead of drowning in it, find your winter spice fix in a more subtle way. 1oz Letherbee gin
3/4oz LAIRDS OLD APPLE BRANDY
1/2oz Peat Monster Scotch
1/4oz honey syrup
7 drops apple bitters
Garnish Nick and Nora glass with apple dust. Stir. Lemon twist.
